Welcome to USEF/USHJA ZONE 12

Zone 12 is the northernmost area sanctioned for hunter-jumper competition by the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF, formerly AHSA) and its hunter-jumper affiliate, the U.S. Hunter Jumper Association (USHJA). Alaskan hunter-jumper riders who belong to the USEF and USHJA are automatically members of Zone 12. An elected committee meets each month to represent the interests of Zone 12 riders. Bookmark the calendar page to stay on top of these Zone 12 programs and events:

• the annual Zone Finals competition;

• the Young Riders program and annual jumping clinic;

• annual awards, including the USEF's Horse of the Year winners;

• a yearly awards banquet (don't miss the slide show from this year's Winter Forum and banquet setup!);

• official specifications (eligibility and jump height) for certain USEF divisions in Alaska; and

• Horsemanship Challenge to reward equitation and all-around horsemanship.
